Learn how to read the deal-box leaderboard, use filters and projected mode, and display it on your showroom TV.
The leaderboard needs salesperson records to show rankings. Go to People and click + Add Person for each rep on your floor. Salespeople only appear on the board once they have at least one Closed or Delivered deal.
Each row is one salesperson, ranked by total MTD units. Their deals are shown as colored boxes in chronological order left to right. Boxes that were logged on the same calendar day are grouped together with squared inner corners. Hover any deal box to see the customer and deal details.

The color of each box tells you the deal type at a glance. Colors are configurable per dealership in Settings — the defaults are shown below.
New (make color)
Each new-car make gets its own color. Admins set these in Settings → Vehicle Makes.
Used
Any used vehicle deal.
Dealer Purchase
Dealer-to-dealer or auction purchases.
Green dot — Spiff earned
A small green dot on a box means the rep earned a spiff on that deal. Hover the box to see which spiff.
Half-width box — Split deal
When a deal is shared between two salespeople, each rep gets a half-width box worth 0.5 units.
Use the period dropdown to switch between This Month, previous months, This Week, or previous weeks. The Filter button (pink when active) narrows the board to a specific deal type — Used, Dealer Purchase, or a specific new-car make.
Toggle 📈 Projected (only available on the current month) to add dashed grey boxes to each row. These represent the deals each rep is on pace to close by month-end based on their daily average so far. The unit count updates to reflect the projection.

Open FloorScore on any browser connected to your TV and go full-screen. The board live-updates as deals are logged — no refresh needed. For a cleaner display, activate TV Mode to hide the navigation and maximize the leaderboard:
TV Mode hides the nav and fills the screen with the leaderboard.
